About International High Schoolers Organization (IHS)

The International High Schoolers Organization (IHS) is a student-led initiative founded by Alyaa with the mission to support, empower, and connect high school students globally. Rooted in the values of academic excellence, personal development, and community service, IHS provides a platform for students to thrive beyond the classroom through leadership, collaboration, and multicultural exchange.

IHS focuses on four core pillars:

Educational Support: Sharing study strategies, academic resources, and mentorship to help students succeed without harmful study habits.
Extracurricular Empowerment: Encouraging youth involvement in clubs, competitions, and creative projects like chess, languages, and research.
Mental Wellness & Self-Management: Promoting a healthy, balanced approach to teenage life through peer support and self-growth tools.
Inclusive Global Community: Creating safe, inspiring spaces for high schoolers to collaborate across cultures and backgrounds.

Through programs like the Empowerment Month, language clubs, educational content, and community outreach, IHS stands as a unique youth movement built by students, for students—fostering the next generation of thoughtful, confident, and capable leaders.
